RESUMEN:
The present invention relates to a method and a system for controlling the production of a ceramic element (1) in a production line (2) comprising: ink-printing means (4) for printing a code (5) on the ceramic element, with information that identifies same individually; and artificial vision means (6) disposed above the production line to identify the code and provide same, time-labelled, to a control module (7) where the time information of the code is compared with the time information available in a database of physical parameters of other processing machine, the ceramic element being associated with the corresponding physical parameters, on the basis of the time correspondence thereof.
