RESUMEN:

An oil-permeable porous ceramic material, a preparation method therefor, and an application of the ceramic in an electronic cigarette. The ceramic is prepared by sintering spherical ceramic particles with a micro-powder capable of being co-fired with the spherical ceramic particles into a porous ceramic body, or is prepared by injection molding of an inorganic ceramic powder and an organic thermoplastic agent. Specifically, the ceramic is prepared by selecting molten spherical alumina, molten spherical mullite, or molten spherical quartz as a particle framework, in combination with an appropriate amount of a sintering unit micro-powder mainly composed of titanium dioxide, zirconium dioxide, or silica. Large uniform capillary pores are formed in the internal structure of the prepared ceramic product, thereby improving the oil guiding function and strength thereof. In the preparation method for the porous ceramic, key process parameters, such as the temperature and duration of sintering and injection, are controlled, so as to prepare porous ceramic products having large uniform porosity that meets requirements for assembly and use in electronic cigarettes.
